At BIOIBERICA we understand that the making of a quality product begins with careful selection and purchase of raw materials, continues through production and ends up with the presentation of the finished product. This is why our quality control checks happen before, during and after production.

Before Production/ Pre-Production:

-Design and validation of the manufacturing process by the Research and Development (R+D) department.
-Review and approval of the manufacture process by all managers involved in that particular product.
-Quality control of raw materials according to product specifications.

During Production:
- Cleanliness check of machines and facilities.
- Strict compliance of the control quality plan by the production staff.
-Supervision by production, logistics and quality control managers.

Once Product is Finished:
- Physio- chemical, chemical, biological and micro biological analysis, as per specifications and quality control plans.
We undertake continuous global actions towards total quality. Among them we can highlight the following: continued staff training, different quality audits by product, management system and process, our system of calibration and maintenance of machines and control instruments, validation of analysis methods and manufacturing processes, and finally, our general safety plan.
