Returning to its origins, Bioiberica has strengthened one of the company’s historical pillars, creating Heparin Science – Division, specifically for the production, research, development and marketing of Heparin to other pharmaceutical companies for the preparation of medicines.

On an industrial level a specific plant has been built to obtain Heparin. The aim of the new sales team is to establish important agreements with the main producers on the anticoagulants market, in order to offer a product with the highest quality standards and reliability, certifying good manufacturing practices, traceability, company rights and respect for the environment.

The medium-term objective is to be worldwide leaders in the production of Heparin as an active ingredient and to be able to offer more scientific development, investigating to find new therapeutic applications for the Heparin molecule.
