The members of IOBC/WPRS are scientists, universities, officials and professionals from 24 countries from Europe, the Mediterranean basin and the Near East.
Like the previous scientific congresses held in Italy and Brazil, in which Bioiberica was present with scientific works, this Meeting focused on being a dynamic Forum in which ideas were proposed jointly, promoting discussion forums and participation.
The Forum had international repercussions: scientists and professionals attended from Greece, France, Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Pakistan, Israel and Sub-Saharan Africa, among others.
The congress was valued very positively because it promoted dialogue between the personalities involved in the complete control of plagues and disease. Bioiberica contributed its experience in the control of Ceratitis capitata with the following scientific poster presented and explained orally by our R&D team with the important collaboration of the general directorate of agricultural production and stockbreeding of the ministry of the Autonomous Government of Andalusia and the technical team from the RioTinto Fruit.
